Six successful editions so far

Every year, Roland Berger Strategy Consultants invites exceptional students to test their team spirit and leadership skills in a study case contest aimed at giving participants an insight into strategy consulting.

The event offers participating students the unique opportunity to experience an intense and exciting day as a member of a consulting team in charge of tackling a real-life business case. Each of the competition's previous editions presented a challenging business situation that students competed in solving – developing a strategy for boosting renewable energy generation in India, restructuring a large fashion retailer, or optimizing operations for a fuel retailer are only some of the topics addressed so far.

Our consultants are there to guide participants throughout the entire event and, in the end, to assess the solutions presented. The ultimate award is an internship in our Bucharest office.
