Challenge Club

"Meritocracy" often has negative connotations in today's world. We take the word literally and positively. To us, "merit" simply means "to be deserving of honor or reward" – as in the case of our Challenge Club, for example. The Challenge Club brings together Roland Berger staff from around the world who can boast outstanding achievements. Membership of the Challenge Club itself is a recognition of their "merit". In the club, members pool their experience, hone their abilities still further and seek new challenges. High-level training and development are complemented primarily by themes and projects that promote and advance the interests of the company.
