How to apply successfully?

Your résumé and application letter should tell us that makes you a good candidate, and convince us of your motivation to embark on a career within Roland Berger. We need to find out why you think you are the right fit for us. You should stress your past achievements, as well as your future expectations, keeping in mind the main values that drive our company: excellence, partnership and entrepreneurship.

Also, please make sure you respect all business standards in terms of layout and form (we highly recommend you to limit the résumé, as well as the application letter to a maximum of one page each).
