How to get through the interviews?
During the recruiting process, you will be evaluated in three separate interviews and you will have the chance to meet several Roland Berger consultants: Senior Consultants, Project Managers and Partners. They will all try to discover your abilities and assess your potential as a future consultant in our office.
The interviews are structured in two different parts: an initial discussion on your previous experiences and a case study that you will solve in the second part of each interview. Each interview has a different case study.
At the same time, the interviews will offer you the opportunity to get a glimpse of our company, our people and values, as well as our working environment. Lasting about 1 hour, Roland Berger recruitment interviews are interactive and meant to enable you to demonstrate your skills and abilities.
Besides introducing yourself and your goals, you will be challenged to solve a mini business case; you will be required to present it afterwards. The exercise is intended to provide you with an opportunity to prove that you have what it takes to be a consultant: analytical skills, pragmatism, creativity and strategic thinking.
