Mentoring

Mentoring is one of the key aspects of Roland Berger, it is part of our culture. New consultants are attributed a mentor, that will offer you guidance, advice and support alongside your career path. From your first week at Roland Berger you will be coached and supervised by your mentor in order to make sure your professional development and your career are on the good track with us. Together with your mentor, you will be able to set your own professional targets for the year, which will take part further in a centralized compensation and motivation instrument in the company (Management by Objectives, MbO).
