Kick-off

Several times a year, we hold kick-off training sessions for our new recruits. For this 14-day training session, new hires from all over the world come together to learn more about the company, network with colleagues and develop their hard and soft skills. Workshops, lectures, case-studies and outdoor exercises prepare you optimally for your new challenges. This is the perfect opportunity to share first impressions with colleagues from other offices worldwide and get to know Partners around the world.

Seminars

Continuous development and training is a must. Around 20 widely varying types of seminars are available. These one-day or multi-day sessions concern staff on every level of the hierarchy and are available for all our international offices. The speakers and trainers are hand-picked in line with our quality standards. Some are experienced consultants at Roland Berger, others leading scientists or external trainers. Alongside the compulsory program, you can also choose from various optional training sessions and customize your own development path. Many will give you the opportunity to explore aspects beyond the scope of your routine activities: "Never speechless again!" and "Self empowerment" are just two examples.
