Ioana

Senior Consultant

An open, friendly and active character, Ioana joined the Bucharest office of Roland Berger Strategy Consultants in 2005, immediately after graduating from the Academy of Economic Studies Bucharest. As most of our consultants, she had the chance to explore various industries and functional areas, focusing on strategy and organizational topics in financial services.

Almost four years later, in 2009, backed by a company sponsorship, she started an MBA program at London Business School, UK. She returned in 2011, with the same enthusiasm for consulting, after an international experience valuable both for her own development and for the Bucharest office.

Her passion for travel, for skiing and for enjoying the old part of Bucharest in the company of good friends keeps her busy in her free time and on weekends.
