Retail Banking Trends 2009: Escaping the crisis

These are the main findings of the latest Retail Banking survey, conducted by Roland Berger Strategy Consultants together with EFMA and Nordea, among 59 banks in 24 countries all around Europe and Maghreb, clustered into 5 regions. Romania has been included in the Central and Eastern European (CEE) cluster, represented by 24 banks.
