Spotting the silver lining in the clouds
They say every cloud has a silver lining and all “bad” things come with some “good” attached to them. With the recent beliefs that the global downturn might further take up momentum again, everyone craves this to be true.
With this thought in mind, that out of every problem faced, some form of advantage can be gained, Romanian and international companies rely on continuous restructuring to become more competitive. This is the key message conveyed by a new study conducted by Roland Berger Strategy Consultants, aiming to ascertain how senior managers view the long-term competitiveness of their companies in the wake of the crisis and how they are planning to improve this competitiveness during the recovery, particularly with regard to financing.
Main conclusions of the study have been included in a recent article published by the Bucharest office in Romanian Business Digest.
