Initiatives

Even beyond working hours, the Bucharest office of Roland Berger Strategy Consultants is an active supporter of Romania's growth. We liaise with and support people who aim to make a positive contribution to the country's economic and social development. To this end, we host events such as business breakfasts covering current topics, with the participation of international experts from the Roland Berger network. Moreover, we offer outstanding students and young graduates the chance to explore the field of strategy consulting through our series of case study events, "Case Study Challenge", and our internship program.
